When selling our home, we interviewed several agents. These agents used our emotion and told us what we wanted to hear. Yang’s message was very different; it was based on solid market analysis..
but we gave into emotion and went with another agent.Two months of showings and open houses almost every weekend. The stresses of getting the house ready,packing up three children (all under the age of 6) and even the family pet. We were getting appointments but no sale. It was a false promise that ended in disappointment.

When we put our home up for sale we originally decided on using a realtor recommended to us by a family member.
